At closing we give you a Warranty Deed giving you 100% ownership of the home and we will carry the note until you can get your own financing. You take ownership to the home NOW with the exclusive right to get your own financing at a later date, with NO prepayment penalties. Your Closing Costs will run between 5-6% of the selling price. What Is The Interest Rate On Your Owner Financing?
Interest Rates are determined by your application and the size of your down payment. We are flexible with our terms to meet your needs. This is just a quick rule of thumb to determine what your monthly will be. Your total monthly payment will be approximately 1% of the amount that we finance, for example; ($150,000 x 1% = $1,500 per month Principal, Interest, Taxes, Insurance). All credit is accepted with a reasonable down payment and application to verify income and employment.
